#1 The CAUSES Of Dementia: You Need To Know!

Written By Dr. Erwin Gemmer on June 22, 2019

This is the start of a mini-series on the causes of Dementia and Alzheimer's.  IF you received it from a friend, please note that this is just one of twelve causes.  To get the rest, simply email me at [email protected] and ask to be included.

You are will most likely never hear any of any of these causes of Dementia from your physician, from the Alzheimer's Association or from any media.  Big business has a tendency to skip over some of the very important stuff, especially when billions of dollars are involved.

In case we haven't met, allow me introduce myself briefly.  I've been in practice for over 45 years, during which time I personally attended to over half a million patient visits.  I've authored and put out over a million copies of health-oriented recordings, books and special reports, and attended and/or presented over 1800 seminars.  I've spent my entire adult life gaining understanding of what CAUSES health problems.

But perhaps, the thing that makes me more qualified to share this particular information with you is that I am not set to gain or lose a penny based on anything you do as a result of this information.  Believe me, that's in sharp contrast to most other individuals and organizations that are saying things about Alzheimer's and Dementia.

For instance, if you Google, “Alzheimer's Association,” the first thing you'll see is “DONATE.”  But study their site and you'll be lucky if you find anything about ANY of these primary causes of dementia.

How big are Dementia and Alzheimer's?

Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Centers are popping up all over the country, hundreds of thousands of new beds.  5,400,000 people just in America already have Alzheimer's.  That's one out of nine Americans over age 65 with Alzheimer's right now PLUS an additional quarter million people age 65 and under.  Many millions more are noticing their minds slipping.

The situation is going to get a lot worse.  People of all ages are damaging their brains every day by doing exactly what you are about to learn here.  The number of Americans with Alzheimer's is expected to pass 15,000,000 in just a few years, at a cost then to take care of these people of over a TRILLION DOLLARS PER YEAR.

If you are armed with this information, you and those close to you have a good chance of avoiding Alzheimer's; otherwise, it is almost a certainty that it will hit you or someone close to you soon.  Lots of lost memories and sad families.

I want to stress right here at the beginning:  With the possible exception of people who get very old, Alzheimer's and dementia are CAUSED.  The industries involved bring in jaw-dropping amounts of money, already 10's of billions of dollars per year.  These are GIANT corporations and industries which are then aided by professions and universities they sponsor and huge government agencies they bribe.  When you “follow the money,” it's easy to see how things have gotten so bad.

Technically, Alzheimer's is a type of Dementia but not the only type.  Therefore, to be a little more proper, this discussion will more broadly address Dementia, which is, “a chronic or persistent disorder of the mental processes caused by brain disease or injury and marked by memory disorders, personality changes, and impaired reasoning.”  By the way, Autism is a type of Dementia, so remember to be thinking about that when we're discussing how aluminum, mercury and formaldehyde damage the brain.

Traumatic injuries also cause Dementia, such as the injuries a person might get in a wreck or a traumatic sport.  While these won't be discussed here, we will look at the brain injuries intentionally inflicted by the psychiatric industry.

As much as is practical, I will show you where to view research backing up my statements.  But I also don't want to make this huge and cumbersome to a point where it's difficult for you to get through it.

And while on the topic of research, if you're a person who needs to see a double blind study proving that water is wet or that gravity makes things fall before you'll believe it, this might not be for you.  In reality, each concept, once it's shown, is really pretty obvious.

I wish the people and groups that SHOULD be showing you the causes of this horrible situation would do so.  But as long as there are BILLIONS to be had by not telling, it doesn't often work out that way.  Many of them simply don't tell you what they know; others churn out the lies to make you look elsewhere (or nowhere).  But remember, the continuous repetition of a lie doesn't make it truth, just as failing to state a truth doesn't mean one doesn't exist.

One other word here at the get go.  It is up to YOU to decide if the benefits you might receive from these things that cause Dementia are worth losing your mind over.  That's your call.  I'm going to tell you what I believe causes Dementia.  What you do with the information is up to you.  Fair enough?

OK, let's get started!

There are several smoking gun causes of Alzheimer's.  I say “Smoking Gun” because, “there's the dead guy and there's the gun.”  Not hard to connect the dots.

The FIRST cause of Dementia is:  The LOW CHOLESTEROL DIET and ALL DRUGS THAT LOWER CHOLESTEROL.

Why?  Because cholesterol is the single most important substance making up the brain.  Drugs that lower cholesterol shrink and kill the brain.

Most of these drugs are in a class called Statins. So as we talk about Statins, just remember that Statins kill the brain.

Here is a brief rundown on how Statins came to be, what they are supposedly good for and how they cause Dementia.

The story starts some 50+ years ago, and this was reported late in 2016 in both “The New York Times” and the “Journal of the AMA Internal Medicine.”

Here's what happened:  In the 1960's, as heart disease was on the rise, the sugar industry paid scientists to play down the link between sugar and this heart disease, and instead, to promote saturated fat and cholesterol as the culprits.

In the wake of this, whole industries sprang up making shortening, fake cheese, margarine, stuff like that.  Healthy foods like eggs, butter and meat were replaced with processed junk foods loaded with fake fats, processed flour and lots of sugar.  Collectively, this mistake was so huge that it brought about an all-new, exaggerated level of heart disease like nothing ever seen before.

In spite of early clues that deception was in the works, the low cholesterol diet was off to the races.

But what about cholesterol lowering drugs??  The pharmaceutical industry didn't want to miss out, and they saw this saturated fat fable as a huge potential opportunity.  As a result, cholesterol-lowering drugs called Statins quickly appeared.  With them, immense campaigns were launched to convince doctors and the public that these drugs were life savers and reduced heart attacks.

I feel right here that, before I go on, I need to back away from our Dementia topic for a minute and at least touch on the cholesterol and heart disease myth.  And then I promise to get right back on topic :))

In his best selling book, internationally renowned Cardiologist Dr. Jack Wolfson tells of a 2006 study involving 130,000 patients hospitalized with coronary artery disease.  The vast majority had cholesterol levels in the normal range!  This included the LDL cholesterol, the supposedly dangerous variety.  Dr. Wolfson further states that the LDL cholesterol only becomes a problem when triglycerides (from sugar and other carbs) attach to it; the problem is carbs, not fats.  Similarly, Dr. Joseph Mercola in “Fat for Fuel” describes LDL molecules as large, “fluffy” and healthy - until it encounters sugars from bread, bagels and soda.  The only cholesterol tied to heart disease is that which has been damaged by sugar and other carbs.  Healthy fats aren't the problem and cholesterol on its own does not cause heart disease.

So why all the drugs to lower cholesterol?  Another myth!  Statins do NOT save lives by reducing cholesterol.  And to give you an idea how phony this whole concept is, here are a couple bits of information out of thousands available.

In Sweden, the use of Statins to lower cholesterol increased 300% between 1998 AND 2000.  Guess what?  There was NO CHANGE in number of heart attacks.  The conclusion of a related study states, “Despite a three-fold increase in utilization of statins, no correlation could be detected between this and the incidence of or death from acute myocardial infarction.”  In other words, THREE times as many Statins equalled NO CHANGE in number of heart attacks.  Statins do NOTHING to reduce heart attacks.  Considering this total failure, why are we in the US still spending around $18,000,000,000 on Statins each year??

On a similar track, Scottish medical doctor Malcolm Kendrick writes in his book, The Great Cholesterol Con, “if you have a high cholesterol level, you will live longer.  If you have a low cholesterol level, you will die younger. He further states, “the older you become, the more beneficial it is to have a high cholesterol level.”

Further, it has been shown that cholesterol attaches in coronary arteries ONLY because the vessels are already cracked and checked from oxidation.  Therefore, if cholesterol is attaching to the coronary arteries, it is there because your body put it there on purpose to patch up the cracking of the arteries in your heart.  As a fun-fact side note, one of the ingredients of Statin drugs is fluoride.  Fluoride is one of the causes of the cracking of the arteries in the heart.  The body then tries to patch this cracking.  But, because of the Statins, there isn't any cholesterol available to patch these cracks which the Statins caused!

As an additional note, cholesterol is so important in your body and in particular in the brain that if you fail to eat it, your liver will make it.  But unfortunately, Statins indiscriminately reduce ALL cholesterol, no matter how desperately your body attempts to maintain normal levels.

Well, that's all for now on Statins and heart disease.  Let's get back to Alzheimer's and Dementia.

OK, as I hope I've now made clear, our brains NEED cholesterol.  Your brain is partly made of cholesterol.  Nerve cells in your brain cannot transmit messages without cholesterol.  Even though our brains make up only 2 to 3% of our bodies by weight, 25% of the body's cholesterol will be found in a healthy brain.  Without adequate cholesterol, brain cells won't function.  Instead, they will shrivel and die.  Very important stuff.

…………………………….FEEL FREE TO FORWARD THIS TO YOUR FRIENDS…………………………………

Therefore, ALL efforts to reduce cholesterol, whether through dietary restriction or through drugs, ALL are involved in causing Dementia, including Alzheimer's.

To give you a little added security and “third-party verification” concerning what I am saying, here's little story for you regarding cholesterol and saturated fats.

A few months ago, I was visiting with an 80 year old world class nutritionist, Dr. Fred, who looks young, looks good, and is as mentally sharp as anyone you've ever met.  So there Dr. Fred was, telling me about the healthiest person in his estimation HE had ever met.  Coming from him, this caught my attention!  Dr. Fred said this “healthiest person ever” was a 95 year old Scandinavian gentleman.  He said this guy looked, thought and functioned like an unusually healthy 30 year old.  So of course Dr. Fred, being a nutritionist, couldn't resist asking this gentlemen what he ate.

So when asked, this ultra-healthy, sharp as a tack 95 year old answered with this. “I have a bunch of chickens that roam around the property and lay lots of eggs.  I eat a dozen eggs most days of the year.  But during certain seasons when the hens are laying far more than usual, I don't like to see the eggs go to waste.  During these months, I eat about 20 eggs each day.”  And yes . . . he also eats butter, beef, cheese, all the saturated fat, natural, high-cholesterol foods we've been told to avoid!!  Yet there he was.  Sharpest, healthiest 95 year old Dr. Fred had ever met!

So simply know this:  No matter how you are eliminating cholesterol, whether through diet or drugs, you are shrinking your brain.  And, if you are taking Statins, you are making drug companies rich.  Pfizer alone sells $7.5 billion worth of cholesterol-lowering Statins each year.  While these drugs are certainly padding the bank account over at Pfizer (and the other drug companies), it is extremely doubtful they are saving you from heart attacks and heart-related death.  But they are MOST CERTAINLY shrinking and killing your brain.

Clear enough?

Remember, this is just ONE of TWELVE causes.  To get the rest, simply email me at [email protected] and ask to be included.

PS  Alzheimer's and dementia care centers and their workers provide a very valuable service.  But far better to avoid dementia as one's first choice.
